More more and more
Well, this weekend was interesting. I went to look at a collection, this had a lot of stuff. Now some was OK stuff, but most was stuff that was played with , and from 99-till about now. I saw a pool table full of loose cars, bumper to bumper, door to door. What do you say? some of honestly junk, but found a few treasures.Got a few older beatup, real riders, I needed the knobbie tires.
But let’s vist whats coming out in the classic series 5. How about a 70 monte Carlo? Well it’s coming. I’m excited because personally like those.
Drag Strip Demons
Now one of my favorite Classics over the years was the 68 Plymouth Hemi Cuda, I have the 4 colors they did (antifreeze, reddish orange, orange ice blue) and I have 1 of the 3 they put as limited cars in the 10 packs. in 2008 it was the first appearance of this casting (plastic vs the classics metal base). Now the Drag strip demons will feature the 1968 Sox and Martins Hemi Cuda.
Here are 3 I missed posting last time.
(none of these are in possession unless other wise noted.)

Hi! I’m new to the whole blogging thing, but liked your post and thought I would comment. I more or less quit collecting in ‘04 because I was tired of all the lame models coming out especially all of the plastic bases. But when the Classics came out, it reignited my passion. The Hemi Cuda is one of my favorites ( I only have one: it’s a dark reddish color). I love most all muscle cars, and the Classics have many versions. I even built a special display to show off some of my classics. If interested, take a look at my site and let me know what you think.
Thanks~ Jim

Hello Jim, thanks for stopping by.
I took a look at your blog, those are some nice detailed displays. I have to agree with you that the classic line provides nice muscle car selections and the full metal car, like the earlier cars.
2004 was a disaster in Hot wheels history for collectors, but seems to be good for the kids. Since then most stores have scaled down there diecast isles section for the HW’s, so maybe it was a disaster there too.
